Because of you, no senior needs to struggle alone when facing the hardships of aging and poverty. Your generosity puts an experienced advocate at their side.

Our donors are amazing. They are kind and compassionate. Many donors have been caregivers themselves for parents, grandparents or a spouse. They know that even the best-laid plans can fall apart when the unforeseen, like a dementia diagnosis, occurs.

Over the past 14 years, START's donors’ have helped nearly 9,000 older adults and caregivers receive the help they needed ensuring that those in crisis remain in their homes. Those at-risk have access to affordable housing. Those denied Medicare claims save tens of thousands of dollars. Those with dementia, heart disease, diabetes and other chronic medical conditions have access to critical medical care.

As a START donor, you also equip older adults, their families and communities with education and self-advocacy skills to reduce the risk and impact of future crises. Every day, our donors help older adults live their best lives by renewing their hope for a better tomorrow.
